I adore Tahmoh! Hope he's not always suited up. When he pulled the gun, my eyes automatically went to his biceps, as on BSG they are often bare! The man does have some nice biceps. HERE are some pics of the amazing set. Looks very cool. (scroll down for the pics)

I read that too. Doesn't sound like it's a bad thing from the interview.

I enjoyed the first episode. There's still a lot of 'splainin' to do, but I'll definitely keep watching. I've heard criticisms of Eliza Dushku's performance, but I thought she was fine. Can't wait to hear the backstory on Amy Acker's character. Hopefully Whedon won't give us another Shepherd Book -- no backstory, ever!

Random thoughts:
Is it just me, or does the guy who plays Topher bear a resemblance to Nathan Fillion? Mainly when he smirks.
Who else thinks that Dr. Saunders (Amy Acker) is an active who has been imprinted to be a doctor?
Matt Keeslar makes a better good guy (The Middleman) than bad guy.

Matt Keeslar makes a better good guy (The Middleman) than bad guy. I was thinking that MK made a good bad guy. ;D I can see the Topher/NF thing. You're right, it's the smirk. That's an interesting theory about Dr. Saunders. I liked AA's performance. Kind of reminded me of her as Illyria. I thought this weeks episode was pretty good. Really starting to like Echo's handler Langdon. I get the feeling that there's more to his story.

I didn't! Caught me totally by surprise. Great episode for Amy Acker. Not a bad (series?) finale. I'd be interested to see where the story goes from there now that Ballard is on board. I'll also be glad to get my DVD set in July just to see the unaired episode featuring Felicia Day.

Good news, bad news Looks like you'll get your wish; Dollhouse has been renewed. Sadly, Sarah Connor has been terminated (sorry, couldn't help myself).

Dollhouse vs. Buffy/Angel/Firefly
And here's a comparison of characters in Dollhouse and their previous Whedonverse counterparts (who do you suppose is the Dollhouse answer to River Tam, for example).
