I guess I'm being judgmental but you do not leave your pregnant wife. Wait until the baby is born and she's back on her feet. You may hate her guts but if she's carrying your child, wouldn'tcha want to be nice to her and the baby? Wouldn'tcha??

I just saw this on MSN: George Lucas Plans 'Star Wars' TV Series Oct. 17, 2007, 6:45 PM EST The Force may soon be coming to a television near you. George Lucas is planning a live-action television series spinoff of the "Star Wars" film franchise. Lucas told The Los Angeles Times he has "just begun work" on the series, which will not include the films' major characters Luke Skywalker or Darth Vader. "The Skywalkers aren't in it, and it's about minor characters," Lucas told the Times on Tuesday. Lucas wouldn't reveal details, but joked that the series would be about "the life of robots." Lucas, 63, already has another television series in the works. Lucasfilm Animation has been working for months on the computer-animated "Star Wars: The Clone Wars." ——— On the Net: Lucasfilm Ltd.: www.lucasfilm.com/

Believe it or not, there have actually been rumblings of a SW tv show since before the release of Revenge of the Sith. I'm a big fan of the Clone Wars cartoon series. I'd definitely watch a live-action series.

I also LOVE the clone wars animated series. I was disappointed that General Greivous was portrayed as more of a coward in RotS than in the cartoon. I also am a fan of most of the Star Wars novels, there were some great series and some awesome stand alones too. Tales of Mos Eisley and Jabba's Palace, follow the background characters and what happens to them or what they witness when Luke, Han, Leia, etc. pass through. So I wonder if he means no Skywalkers, but the series will show what happens to minor characters or droids when the other things we've already seen are going on, on worlds we know or elsewhere in the galaxy.
As long as there is no commercial where Threepio yells at Artoo for smoking, or he revists the Ewoks again!

OH. MY. GOD! That is who that is! I saw the cast on the Today show, they performed on Halloween. They were terrific! I never got to see Spamalot or the Producers, I so wish I could get to this. Maybe we'll try next summer. But anyway, I used to watch Desperate Housewives and HATED the character of George. When George was on the show, we had a really creepy substitute that worked with us, who could have been his twin(in looks and odd behavior)...maybe the actor could use a stand it? Nah, this guy may actually be psychotic.

It's like "We Are the World" except they're f#$%ing Ben Affleck. Like Jimmy's come-back, but Sarah's original is still my favorite.
