Just watched Knocked Up. It had received good reviews, and of course Wash is in it, not to mention Marshall from How I Met Your Mother, so had to give it a try. I thought it was pretty sophomoric, especially the first hour or so, but it was an interesting look at how people dealt with an unexpected pregnancy. It was worth watching, but I'm glad I didn't pay to see it in a theater. Pretty much sums up my thoughts on it too.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer - It was not bad. I liked it better than the first one.
Superbad - More like "Moderatelymediocre". It was funny in a few places, but mostly it was just a loud, obnoxious kid saying the "F-word" every five seconds.

Just watched Rent, what a great cast, wish I saw them on Broadway, I really liked Jessie Martin and the guys that played Roger and Mark. Rosario was good too.
Someone mentioned FF Silver Surfer. I saw it at the drive-in this summer with the kids, and we like it. I just saw the first one on HBO and didn't like it as much.
I have been watching The Departed on HBO a lot too, really like Leo in that movie, and Jack is just great.

Just watched the werewolf flick Skinwalkers. Much better than I expected it to be given what I've heard about it. That being said, it still wasn't that great.

Borne Um the last one. Man I love this series. Great action, great fighting, great pace, good story, and again, the locations were wonderful, the rooftop chase was awesome.
I would have never thought Matt Damon would make a good agent, sorta like when you heard about Micheal Keaton being Batman and you said " wait, what??" But he pulls it off, beautifully.
Anyway, rent it. But you can't just jump in if you haven't seen the others, so make a weekend of it. Watch all three, you WILL NOT regret it!!

Today I watched the superb futuristic Sci-Fi flick Blade Runner: The Final Cut. And then I watched the craptastic futuristic Sci-Fi flick Alien Apocalypse.

We took the squirrelly girls to see the Chipmunks while we were in Dallas. It was a pretty good movie, silly of course, but lots of laughs. My personal favorite line was when one of the Chipmunks (at times it was hard to tell them apart) said, "Yippee Ki Yay, Mamacita!" Thankfully, the girls didn't get the reference to Die Hard (neither did mousehouse).
